Before founding SharpLine, Barbara served as Vice President at CBRE’s Beverly Hills office, where she specialized in multi-market tenant representation for the retail sector. Her career began at Colliers International, where she built her expertise in research, analytics, and transaction strategy.

At SharpLine, Barbara has represented regional and national clients across landlord and occupier assignments. Her work includes site selection, lease negotiations, sale-leaseback scenarios, disposition strategies, and leasing strategies designed to maximize property value.
