Before founding SharpLine, Barbara served as Vice President in CBRE’s Beverly Hills office, where she specialized in multi-market tenant representation for the retail sector. In that role, she advised clients on portfolio strategy, market expansion, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and transaction execution across multiple markets. Her career began at Colliers International, where she developed a strong foundation in research, market analytics, financial evaluation, and transaction strategy.
At SharpLine, Barbara represents regional and national clients across both landlord and occupier assignments. Her experience includes site selection, lease negotiations, sale-leaseback scenarios, acquisitions and dispositions, portfolio planning, and leasing strategies designed to strengthen asset performance and maximize property value. She works closely with clients to evaluate opportunities, identify risk, structure transactions, and develop real estate strategies aligned with broader operational and financial objectives.
Barbara’s approach combines institutional brokerage experience with the responsiveness and accountability of an entrepreneurial firm. She remains directly involved throughout each assignment, from initial strategy and market analysis through negotiations, documentation, and closing. Her ability to balance high-level business objectives with hands-on transaction management allows clients to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Barbara’s entrepreneurial vision is at the heart of SharpLine. Through leadership, market knowledge, strong industry relationships, and a commitment to execution, she has built a platform designed to provide personalized and sophisticated commercial real estate advisory services.
