Barbara Armendariz is President and Founder of SharpLine Commercial Partners, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm that excels at putting its clients’ needs first. Barbara’s career in real estate spans more than 16 years. Prior to founding SharpLine, Barbara served as Vice President at CBRE and was at Colliers International before that. During her tenure at these firms, she mastered the research, analytical strategies, and other key skills needed to execute successful transactions. Barbara manages all aspects of leasing and sales transactions for investor and landlord clients. She also works extensively with corporate occupiers providing research-driven, comprehensive strategies for execution in site selection, disposition, lease renewal, and sale-leaseback scenarios. Barbara realized her entrepreneurial aspirations to create a real estate services and consulting company. Her focus was to enable both brokers and their clients to experience a seamless, personalized process on a national level. In addition to serving her clients, Barbara is responsible for leadership and implementation of initiatives to better serve all of SharpLine’s clients. A licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and Nevada, Barbara is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a Certified Commercial Investments Member (CCIM). She holds a Masters Degree in Commercial Property (MiCP®) from Lipsey School of Real Estate; a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from University of La Verne including study abroad courses completed for International Business from University of Barcelona in Spain.
